Tis A Gift To Be Simple

“We are happy in proportion to the things we can do without.” -Henry David Thoreau

Last night, amongst the joy of wedding festivities, I was guided by an old friend to this blog about creating a minimalist life and home.

We jive with this aesthetic and philosophy in a big way.

A clutter free home is a clutter free mind. Washing three plates as opposed to a three day pile up of plates, means more time having laugh fests with Ryan and Soleil. Keeping consumerism in check means less debt, less stress, mo’ happy to go around. In keeping with this tradition, I’ll go light on words tonight. We’ll check back when we’re NC settled.
